We are now able to care again for all conditions under our new Allied Health guidelines
We are nonetheless following strict procedures to avoid the spread of the virus.
Please read carefully.
>Please do not attend our clinic if you or any person in your family, or bubble, has any symptoms of cough, cold, sore throat or fever. If any symptoms appear between your booking and appointment time, please call to postpone asap. Please get tested and wait for the negative result before rescheduling.
>Do not come before your appointment time (note for Mangere Bridge clinic only, stay outside under the porch ready for your appointment), Hand sanitise on your way in at the door, and please wear a freshly new SURGICAL mask. (You can purchase one in the clinic for $1). Papakura Clinic: If you see the waiting room busy with people, please wait outside until the room is clear. Please also SCAN (or sign in) on your way in.
>We will try to keep the toilets and sinks for staff only as much as possible. Please try to plan ahead for it. Also bring your water bottle if needed, we are not providing any at present.
>Please come as yourself only, unless the appointment is for babies or children, or if translation or assistance is needed. If you need physical assistance, it is ok to have help until our door where we can take care of you from there.
>Our clinic and staff are following the Ministry Of Health guidelines and mandates. We are therefore all fully vaccinated. Patients don’t need to display vaccination status as we are an essential service. Massages fall under the beauty therapies and will need a vaccination pass.
